Plugin JIRCommands is a core plugin in which enables you to send IRC commands via terminal console either with IRC client program.
However, this plugin is under development and for temporarily unavailable. JIRCBot Developer planed to release this plugin as soon at about 45-60 days (or at late of November 2009). Please be patient.

Free Search Engine & Free Domain Host are needed
JIRCBot Development is absolutely forge either non-profit. However, it takes some financial burdens i.e. the cost to pay the saerch engine and domain host.
As you are seeing now that we still use temporary host and currently not spread up as well.
